Step 1

Launch Publisher. Click the “File” tab and click “Open.”

Browse to the location on your computer where your Microsoft Publisher file is currently saved. Double-click the file to open it.

Step 3

Click the “File” tab and click “Save & Send” from the menu that appears.

Step 4

Select “Change File Type” under the heading “File Types.”

Step 5

Click an image file format from the list displayed under the heading “Image File Types.” Choose JPG.

Step 6

Click the “Save” button. Publisher saves a copy of your file in your chosen image format.

This creates an image which can be uploaded to the website just like any other image.

If instead you want to create a downloadable or printable document that people can access then save the publisher file as a pdf instead and then upload that to the website so that people can click on the link and open the pdf.
