Do you want to upload and add a caption to your image in WordPress? Please refer to the instructions below on how to do it.
Step 1 Login to WordPress control panel
Step 2 In this tutorial, we will upload a new image. Go to Media > Add New
Step 3 Click Select Files or you can drag an image from the folder to this window
Step 4 Locate the desired image from the local computer then click Open.
Step 5 Uploaded image will appear below the Upload New Media page, click Edit
Step 6 In the Edit Media page, enter the desired caption in the Caption box. In this case, our caption is old computer. Click Update.
Step 7 When you add the image to a post or page, it will display the image together with the caption. Enjoy!
