Email passwords can be changed from either in the webmail from the settings tab or from the cp.rackspace.com control panel.
There are some restrictions on what the password can contain and email passwords on rackspace mail must contain at least 6 characters
Passwords cannot contain:
- 3 or more consecutive numerals (e.g., 567, 1234, 98765).
- The word “password.”
- The mailbox user name or any part of the username.
- The mailbox domain name.
