Sharing a good tweet on your page? Here is a simple way to do it
Step 1 Locate the tweet that you would like to share on your site and click the time stamp
Step 2 Copy the entire URL from the address bar
Step 3 Login to your WordPress control panel. In this case, we will embed the tweet to a new page. Go to Pages > Add New.
Step 4 Click on Text tab and paste the copied URL to the text area. Click Preview to check if the tweet displays properly. You can then click Publish to update your page with the tweet.
Step 5 You should already have a tweet on your page that looks like this
Alternatively, you can embed the tweet using the codes from Twitter. Here’s how to do it.
Step 1 Login to your Twitter account
Step 2 Choose the tweet that you wish to embed on your site. Highlight the desired tweet. Click More > Embed Tweet
Step 3 On the Embed this Tweet window, copy the entire codes (CTRL + C) so you can paste it on your site later.
Step 4 Login to your WordPress control panel. In this case, we will post it on a new page. Go to Pages > Add New > Text. Paste the code from twitter site under the Text tab.
Step 5 Click on Preview to check if it displays properly. You can then click Publish to update your site with the single tweet.
