Adding tables to a page or post in WordPress is a little fiddly to do but its possible. There are a few different ways it can be done such as with the Advanced TinyMCE plugin and the Visual Composer Tables extension.
Adding more buttons to the WordPress text editor
This plugin will let you add, remove and arrange the buttons that are shown on the Visual Editor toolbar. It includes 16 plugins for TinyMCE that are automatically enabled or disabled depending on what buttons are chosen.
